CAD Youths is a not-for-profit organisation that supports Black and underrepresented youths in Canada who are unemployed or not in school or training. We work to reduce youth unemployment and provide training and support for young people who have been involved in the justice system. Our focus is to address the real challenges behind unemployment and help youths build a stronger future.

We aim to create fair access to jobs, education and opportunities. Our work includes changing mindsets, promoting equality in the workplace and helping employers understand the value of diverse talent. We also provide guidance, workshops and mentoring for ex-offenders, and encourage positive choices that reduce crime and gang involvement in the community.

CAD Youths helps young people gain skills, find work and explore business or apprenticeship pathways. We offer training, partnerships and wraparound support so youths can get a job, keep a job or grow in their chosen career.
